Our consultancy lowers the risk of breach thanks to a multidisciplinary operational approach, which relies on the unification and integration of legal, economic and technological skills. Further to IT skills (which experts in the working group provide), finding effective solutions demands a profound understanding of regulatory and governance issues, with a view to prevent unauthorised data uses whilst ensuring the protection of sensitive and confidential data.
In particular, we deal with personal data security, information system security, business continuity and risk management, providing support with compliance checks against industry standards and privacy regulations, as established by various national and Community jurisdictions pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg EU 679/2016).
